We can only accept orders from customers who pay their orders in advance. This can be done via direct bank transfer or via PayPal.
- You can review the status of your order at any time on our website, by entering your personal pages at the top of our website. Here you can log on using your personal login code. After logging on a list of all your orders will appear.
- Your order will be shipped as soon as we have all the ordered products on stock and as soon as we have received your payment. The day we ship the order, you will receive the track & trace code of the parcel(s) by e-mail. With this code you will be able to trace the parcel from the moment of dispatch until the moment of arrival at the shipping address.
